1982 the Board proposed to adopt 35 Iii,

Adm.

Code

304.203, which would exempt from the water quality

standard

for copper Olin Corporation’s discharge to Wood River

Creek

and

the East Fork of Wood River Creek.

The first notice

appeared at

6 Ill. Reg. 14,783

(December 3, 1982).

The

45

day comment period has elapsed, and the Board has received

comments

only from the Administrative Code Unit regarding

the

form of source

and

authority notes.

The Board will make no

change

in

the language of Section itself at this time.

The

Board directs the Clerk to file a second notice with the

Joint

Committee

on Administrative Rules.
