On December 30,
1982
Petitioner
filed a Petition for
an
Alternative Standard pursuant to the rules proposed in R80—22,
which is now in Second Notice
(Ill.
Rev. Stat.,
1981,
ch.
127,
par. 1005.01(b)).
The same petition requested a variance pendinq
adoption of the alternative
limit.
By the Board’s own motion,
these requests are separately docketed, each to contain the
information
filed to date.
The alternative standard request
will he docketed as PCB 82-153 and the variance as PCB 83—It.
On January
12,
1983 the Illinois EnvirDnmental Protection
Agency (Agency) filed a Motion to Dismiss, citing
the premature
nature of the pleading.
CPC responded on January 24,
1983,
and
on January 25,
1983
filed
a Motion to Stay,
to
which
the
Agency
concurred.
Pursuant to this motion, the proceedings,
jointly
and separately,
are stayed,
Petition shall
file the
necessary
separate variance petition for docket number PCB 83—11.
