Given that the

motion

a joint motion and that the length of the variance would not

he changed by allowing a longer period of time

for

the

completion

of

the

bypass as requested,

that motion is granted.

Paragraph

3 of the Board’s December 16,

1982 Order is hereby

modified to allow completion of

the bypass around the aerated

lagoon by June 30,

1983.
