    1983, the Board proposed 35 Ill. Adm. Code
    304.205, a site specific effluent rule for John Deere Foundry
    in Rock Island County.
    The proposal appeared at

    1983.
    The public comment period lapsed on
    July 11,
    1983.
    The Board received no public comments.
    The
    Board will make no changes in the proposed language and
    directs that a second notice be prepared and forwarded to
    the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules.
