On June 3, 1999, petitioner Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Co. (3M) filed a
“Motion to Dismiss” this petition. According to the motion, 3M believes that there is no
longer any controversy in this matter for the Board to adjudicate. Motion at 2. The motion
further indicates that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency concurs with the
representations in the motion. No response to the motion has been received. The motion is
granted. This petition is hereby dismissed and this docket closed.
