hearings

in these matters on or before July 25,

1983, or these

actions would be dismissed.

On June 16 and June

the

Board had previously ordered that the transcript be filed by

particular deadlines,

to allow the Board to adjudicate a motion

for interlocutory appeal concerning lengthy extensions

of time

for the filing of final briefs

in these matters.

The transcript has not been filed.

These actions are

hereby dismissed.
