standard,

On June 27,

1983 the City filed a motion for waiver of

the requirement that the proposal he accompanied by a petition

signed by at least two hundred persons

That motion

hereby granted.

The petition, however, also fails to include the language

of the proposal or a short statement of reasons supporting the

proposal

as required by

Before the

Board can accept the proposal and authorize hearings thereon,

this information must be submitted.
