    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On October 28, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Leslie C. Ko (Ko) may appeal a September 18, 2002 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency modified the high priority
    classification regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 502 South Court Street in
    Marion, Williamson County. The Board extends the appeal period until January 22, 2003, as the
    parties request.
