ORDER OF THE BOARD

On February
15,
1984, Midwest Solvents filed an unnumbered
document entitled “Petition for Variance.”
Upon filing, this
document was docketed by the Board as PCB 84—19.
However,
upon
subsequent review,
the Board notes that this filing appears
to be
an amended petition responding to the Board’s January
26,
1984
more information Order in the case docketed as PCB 84—9, Midwest
Solvents
V.
IEPA,
filed January
23,
1984.
To avoid perpetuation
of administrative confusion,
the Board hereby dismisses docket
PCB 84—9,
The Board notes that hearing
is requested on the PCB 84—19
petition,
and will assign a Hearing Officer
to schedule and hold a
public hearing.
However,
the petition again refers to information
not in the Board~s possession.
Rather than requiring
submission
of yet another amended petition,
the Board directs that,
at hearing,
Midwest shall present

a)
the Bibb and Associates study referred to at p.
8,
¶17,
and
b)
ambient CO readings from the monitoring station
closest
to the Midwest facility.
