1981 Joint Motion for Stay herein,

“Resolution of the enforcement proceeding would moot the issue

in

this appeal.”

Since the Board has received joint concurrence with

its December 2,

1982 Opinion and Order in the consolidated case,

this matter is moot and is hereby dismissed.
