    is deficient
    for additional rea-
    sons.
    It fails
    to include any specifics about the construction
    or modification apparently already done on Press
    No.

    for which
    it sought a permit from the Illinois Environmental
    Protection
    Agency.
    The dates and details of the work done should be sub—
    initted to the Board,
    as well as a more detailed account of the
    press’
    actual operation and emissions,
    Petitioner
    is likewise
    directed to submit the standard information
    required by the
    Board’s Procedural
    Pules
    at 35 Iii,
    Adm,
    Code 104.121, entitled
    Contents of a Variance Petition.
    Petitioner has forty—five days from the date of this order
    to amend its original Petition for Variance with the information
    requested.
    The
    90 day decision period will begin the day of the
    amendments are filed,
    Failure to do so will render the Petition
    subject to dismissal.
