Petitioner
is likewise
directed to submit the standard information
required by the

Code 104.121, entitled
Contents of a Variance Petition.
Petitioner has forty—five days from the date of this order
to amend its original Petition for Variance with the information
requested.
The
90 day decision period will begin the day of the
amendments are filed,
Failure to do so will render the Petition
subject to dismissal.
