requests variance from
the
ammonia nitrogen water quality
standard of 15 mg/i.
In PCB 82~18Mobil was granted a
variance from the 15 mg/i
water
quality standard of 35
Ill.

Code 302.208.
Since
that
time the ammonia nitrogen requirements
of Section 302.208
have
been deleted and replaced by
Section 302.212 which regulates
ammonia
nitrogen and un—ionized
ammonia,
Mobil has provided no
information on
un~ionizedammonia levels
nor requested limita—
tions to
replace Section 302.212

Unless
an
Amended Petition is filed within
45 days of the
date of
this Order curing the above~noted
defect, this petition
will
be subject to dismissal.
On p.
8 of the Amended Petition,
Mobil asserts that Outfall
002 is
not a point source within
the purview of the Clean Water
Act.
The
parties are requested to
address
this issue
in light of
