On November
17, 1983 the City of Sycamore
(City) filed
a petition for
variance
which the Board found deficient pursuant
to 35 ilL Adm~Code 1O4~12iin that it failed to provide
cost
figures
for alternative
compliance
methods
failed
to
include
a
schedule
for
reducing
the
infiltration
and
inflow
to
the
City’s
sewer
system,
and
included
only
a
conclusory
statement
as
to
the
environmental
impact.
On
January
17,
1984
the
City
filed
an
amended
petition
in
response
to
a
Board
Order
of
November
18,
1983
which
noted
those
defects~
However,
that
amended
petition
still
fails
to
include
a
schedule
for
reducing
inflow
and
infiltration
Unless
the
City
files
an
amended
petition
within
45 days of
the
date
of
this
Order
curing
th~ above—noted
defect,
the
pe~Lt1onwill
be
subject
to
dismissaL
