    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by B. Forcade):
    On March 21,
    1984 Commonwealth Edison Company filed a
    petition for variance concerning
    its Joliet generating facility.
    Insofar as that petition requests a variance from 35 Iii.
    Adm. Code 302.211(e),
    it
    is deficient for failing to include a
    plan
    and
    schedule for full compliance as required by 35
    Ill. Mm.
    Code 104.121(f).
    Insofar as that petition requests a variance from Section
    302.211(f),
    it is deficient in that it fails to allege arbitrary
    and unreasonable hardship (Section 104.121(d)) and a compliance
    plan and schedule
    (Section 104,121(f))
    distinct from that for the
    variance requested from Section 302.211(e).
    Unless an amended petition is filed within 45 days curing
    the
    above noted defects, this matter will he subject to
    dismissal.
