    of time
    in which to file its brief, asserting that Lake County
    had no objection.
    The motion is granted, said brief now being
    due April 13,
    1984.
    In the
    interest of fairness, the Board will
    also extend the balance of the briefing schedule contained in the
    March
    8,
    1984 Order by
    4 days,
    so that Lake County’s response
    brief will now be due May
    14,
    1984, and Browning-Ferris reply
    brief on May
    28,
    1984.
