ORDER OF THE BOARD (by W. J. Nega):
On March 22, 1984, the Respondent filed a Motion for Exten-
sion of Time which asked for an extension of time until April 13,
1984 to respond to the Board’s Order of February 22, 1984 request-
ing additional information as to how the proposed stipulated
penalty of $30,000 was deterctined by the parties.
On page 2 of its motion, the Respondent stated that “the
Office
of the Attorney General, as counsel for Complainant, has
authorized the undersigned to represent that it joins in this
request for an extension of time”.
The motion for an extension of time until April 13, 1q84 to
respond to the Board’s prior Ord~ris hereby granted.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
