    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On October 15, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Karco, Inc. (Karco) may appeal a September 6, 2002 determination of the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency required modifications to
    the site classification work plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 411 East
    Walnut Street in Murphysboro, Jackson County. The Board extends the appeal period until
    January 9, 2003, as the parties request.
