    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On October 28, 2002, the parties timely filed a joint notice to extend the 35-day period
    within which Freedom Oil Company (Freedom) may appeal a September 20, 2002 determination
    of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).

    amended by
    P.A. 92-0574, eff. June 26, 2002; 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency rejected
    the site classification work plan regarding a leaking underground storage tank site at 401 South
    Main Street in Paris, Edgar County. The Board extends the appeal period until January 23, 2003,
    as the parties request.
