    This matter comes before the Board upon a November 14,
    1983
    motion to correct a clerical error
    filed on behalf of the
    Illinois Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency).
    The Agency
    points out that the Board’s July 26,
    1983 Order in this matter
    fails
    to specify
    a date for submission of the certificate of
    acceptance and agreement to be bound by the variance conditions
    imposed.
    The certification should have been included as
    condition 13 and
    a date for submission should have been specified.
    The Agency’s motion is granted and the Department of the
    Army shall, within thirty—five
    (35) days
    of the date
    of this
    Order, execute and send to Gary King,
    Attorney for the Illinois
    Environmental Protection Agency,
    2200 Churchill Road,
    Springfield,
    Illinois
    62706,
    a Certification of Acceptance
    by
    which
    it agrees to be bound by the terms and conditionz
    of the variance granted
    in this matter on July
    26,
    1983.
    This 35 day period shall be held
    in abeyance for any period
    for which this matter
    is being appealed.
    The form of said
    certification shall be as follows:
    CERTIFICATE

    the
    Order of the Illinois Pollution Control Board in PCB 83—25,
    dated July 26,
    1983,
    understand and accept the said Order,
    realizing that such acceptance renders
    all terms and conditions
