    1984 Board Order that found Rei1ly~s
    variance petition deficient.
    Reilly
    asserts by affidavit that
    mailing a copy of the Board Order was delayed 25 days.
    Accord-
    ingly, the Board will grant Reilly a similar extension.
    Unless an amended petition is filed not later than September
    10,
    1984, addressing the deficiences stated in the June 29,
    Order,
    this matter will be subject to dismissal.
