    it filed a petition for a site—specific
    sulfur
    dioxide limitation
    applicable
    to
    its Chicago Heights plant.
    Variance is requested
    “until
    such time as Stauffer~spetition for a site—specific mass
    emission
    limit
    for sulfur dioxide
    .~.
    is granted by
    the
    Board,”
    The
    Board
    has today adopted a site-~specificsulfur dioxide
    emission
    limitation applicable to the plant at issue
    in this
    matter
    (see PCB 84~36)~
    The
    variance request has,
    therefore,
    become
    moot, and
    proceedings
    in this matter are hereby dismissed~
