The parties have not provided any
factual
or legal
impediments to Board action on this matter.
The motion
is granted to the extent that the Board
will
modify the
time for scheduling and holding the hearing;
the
motion is
denied to the extent it requests filing status
reports
in the immediate
future,
in lieu of hearing.
Unless
