On February 23, 1984 Hansen—Sterling Drum, Co., filed an

M*ended Petition for Variance.

This matter will be set for

hearing.

In order to allow the

Board

to make an informed

decision the parties are encouraged:

1.

to provide information on ozone ambient air quality,

in areas impacted by this variance request, from

1980 to the present;

2.

to provide information on the level of VOC emissions,

in pounds per year, which will not adversely affect

air quality standards or the environment.

This

information should include any available VOC emissions

data that would assist the Board in reviewing the

impact of emissions during the time of greatest

concern,

the ozone season.
