    ORDER OF
    THE
    BOARD
    (by J.
    D.
    Dumelle):
This matter comes before the Board upon a March
    6,
    1984 motion
to correct a clerical mistake in the Board’s February 22,
    1984
Order in this matter filed on
    behalf
    of Lamplighter Realty and
    Development Company.
    In that motion Lamplighter represents
that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency does not
    intend to file any response.
Lamplighter alleges that “it is clear from the language of
the Board’s Opinion that the Board intended to grant a variance
to Lamplighter which would enable it to obtain the necessary
permits to construct and connect the sewer extensions necessary
to service the Willowbrook Office Campus,” whereas the Order
expressly allows only the issuance of a construction permit.
The Board agrees that a mistake was made in the Order and hereby
    orders that the word “construction”
    in the third
    line of the
    February 22,
1984 Order be replaced with the words “construction!
operating” to allow the necessary construction and operating
    permits
    to be issued.
    IT IS SO
    ORDERED.
I, Christan L. Moffett, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution
Control Bard hereby certify that the above Order was adopted on
