correction to the

National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air

Pollutants

(NESHAP):

National Emission Standards

for Hazardous Air

Pollutants:

Amendment to Asbestos

Standard

(35 III. Adm. Code 23L 120), Amendment

and Correction.

Pursuant to Section 9~1of the Illinois

Environmental

Protection Act,

the Board is required to adopt

amendments

~in substance identical” to the federal national

emission

standards for hazardous air pollutants~ The

Board will do so

through incorporation by reference of the

federal

amendments as

peremptory rules~

The Board will also update

the Code of

Federal Regulations citation to the 1983

edition (which includes

all NESHAP amendments prior to July

1,

1983)

and delete all

references to amendments based upon federal

NESHAP amendments

prior to July

1,

1983.

The Board hereby adopts the following

amendments to
