motion to dismiss this variance filed on behalf of the Illinois

Environmental Protection Agency.

The Agency was notified on

that the City of Hullsboro has hired a certified

Class

I wastewater treatment plant operator, thereby

obviating

the need for variance.

The Agency’s motion is, therefore,

granted, and proceedings in this matter are hereby dismissed.
