(90-Day Extension)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On April 30, 1999, the parties filed a joint notice of extension of the 35-day period to
appeal a decision of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency. The Board hereby grants
petitioner an extension of the time period for filing an underground storage tank appeal in the
matter until July 5, 1999, pursuant to Section 40(a)(1) of the Environmental Protection Act
(415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1996)).
1
Because the Board has timely received a joint notice of
extension, the Board extends the appeal period to the aforementioned date. The Board will
dismiss this matter and close the docket if petitioner fails to file an appeal on or before that
date.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 6th day of May 1999 by a vote of 6-0.
1
Because July 5, 1999 is a State holiday this matter will be due on the next business day,
July 6, 1999.
Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
Illinois Pollution Control Board
