ORDER OF THE BOARD
(by
3.
Anderson):
On July
3,
1984, the Agency moved to dismiss this June
25
variance petition on the grounds that the petition lacked
1)
a
compliance plan including a time schedule,
2)
historical and pro-
jected
VOC
emission levels,
and 3)
a hearing request or waiver.
As this petition needs a hearing for SIP purposes,
the third
ground
is moot.
The motion to dismiss is denied.
However, as
the missing information may be crucial to the Agency’s framing of
its Recommendation,
the Board will require the filing of an
amended petition providing all available information as specified
in numbered paragraphs
2 and 3 of the Agency~smotion within 45
days of the date
of this
Order, or this petition will be subject
to dismissal.
IT IS SO ORDERED~
