Pursuant to
Section
9.1 of the Illinois Environmental
Protection ACtr
the Board
is required to adopt amendments
“in substance identical” to the federal
new source performance
standard amendments,
The Board will
do so through incorporation
by reference of
the
federal amendments as peremptory rules.
