    At the May 10, 1984, hearing in this matter counsel for
    both~the petitioner and respondent stated that they have reached
    agreement on the matters in dispute and that a joint motion to
    dismiss would be filed with the Board as promptly as possible
    (R, 3-4). The parties are directed to file any such motions as
    soon as possible, hut in no event later than June 11, 1984.
