This

is
deficient in certain respects.
Page

(unnumbered)
states that.
“Since the construction schedule
is dependent upon the
timing
of
a grant award,
the City cannot commit to a firm
construction schedule at this time.
It is anticipated that
by April,
1985,
the grant status will be adequately known
to
allow the City to propose
a specific construction schedule.
In the event that grant award is
still
in doubt at that
time,
the City will
submit an alternate plan for
compliance.
Is the City presently requesting a variance until
April,
1985
or until
some other date?
Also, the City should state how
soon an alternate compliance plan will
be prepared should grant
status remain
in doubt.
If
an amended petition curing these deficiences is not filed
withi~i
45 days of the
date of this order,
this petition will
he
subject to dismissal.
IT
IS
SO
ORDERED.
