    the Board received a motion to withdraw this
    petition for a barium variance.
    The motion is granted, and this
    action
    is dismissed.
    The Board notes that the motion was submitted to the Agency
    in
    February, and that it was not transmitted to the Board until
    recently as the Agency has assumed that the Village had
    sent a
    copy to the Board directly.
    The Board wishes to advise the
    Village
    that in
    any
    future variance cases
    it
    should take care to
    file
    10 copies of
    all documents with the Clerk of the Board
    as
    well
    as submitting a single copy to the Agency,
    as outlined
    in the
    procedural rules
    for variance cases,
    specifically 35 111. Mm.
    Code 104.120.
