concerning the radiological quality of the Village’s drinking

water, but does not provide any information

as to how far levels

exceed those specified in the rules.

The Board is not at this

time asking the Village to perform additional testing; the Board

is directing the Village to provide any information

it has

in

its possession,

such as test results of any date, Agency letters,

or the like,

which indicate the radiological quality of its

finished water.

If an amended petition supplying this in-

formation

is not filed within

45 days of the date

of this

Order, this petition will be

subject to dismissal.
