    Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    and the Clerk of the Board
    to continue
    to protect
    for

    days a portion of the permit materials
    beginning
    on line 9
    and
    ending
    on
    line
    10
    of
    page
    47,
    excluding
    the
    last
    four words on
    line
    9
    and
    the
    first
    word
    on
    line
    10.
    On July
    19,
    1984, the Board
    reinstated
    its
    ruling, but
    ordered that the 35
    day protection period
    would
    run
    anew
    from
    the date of that Order.
    That 35 day
    protection
    period expired on Monday August
    27,
    1984.
    As
    no Notification of
    a Petition for Review has been
    recieved by
    the Board
    during
    tI4s
    period,
    the
    Clerk
    and
    Agency
    are
    hereby
    instructed that
    the
    described
    portion
    of
    the article shall no
    longer be protected pirsuant to Subpart C of 35
    Ill, Mm,
    Code
    120.
    The Clerk is instructed to notify the owner
    and
    the
    re~
    quester
    in this
    case
    of
    this
    fact
    by
    sending
    each
    a
    copy of this
    Order.
    This
    instruction
    is
    consistent
    with
    the
    procedures
