reinstated

its

ruling, but

ordered that the 35

the date of that Order.

a Petition for Review has been

recieved by

the Board

during

the

Clerk

and

Agency

are

hereby

instructed that

the

described

of

longer be protected pirsuant to Subpart C of 35
