Board proposed to adopt a site—specific rule for Wagner Casting
Company:
35 Iii. Adm. Code 901.113.

1984 with review by the Joint Committee
on AdTiinistrative Rules.
During this review period and after
consultation with the Committee, a non-substantive change was
made
in the text of the proposed rule.
The Joint Committee
issued its certification of no objection to this rulemaking
on August 23,
1984.
Accordingly,
the Board hereby adopts as
a
Final Opinion the text of the Proposed Opinion, First Notice
and f’irther adopts as final the following rule to be codified
at 35

Wagner Casting Company and future owners of the forging facili~y
locat~1at the southeast ãorner of Sangaraon and Jasper Streets
in Decatur,
Illinois, must comply with the foflowing site—specific
operational
level or are otherwise subject to Section 901.10~j~Jj

Shall operate no more than nine forging
hammers
at
any one time; and
b)
Shall operate its forging hammers only between the
hours of 5:00 a.m. Monday through 9:00 p.m. Saturday.
