Model Industries,
Inc.
filed a Petition
for Variance for
its manufacturing facility in Yorkville, Illinois.
Presumably,
Petitioner is seeking variance from Sections 215.204(j),
215.211 and 215.212 of the Board~sAir Regulations contained in
35 111.
Adm, Code 215 et seq~. However,
Petitioner failed to
specify and also failed to include information necessary for the
Board to make a determination on the Petition.
Petitioner
is ordered to amend
its Petition to include the
information required pursuant to Sections 104.121 and 104.122 of
the Board~sProcedural Rules.
Petitioner
is cautioned to include
estimates of its annual coating usage, actual
annual emissions,
and annual allowable emissions.
If Petitioner fails to so amend
its Petition within
45 days of this Order,
its Petition will be
subject
to
dismissal pursuant to Section 104.125.
