    This matter comes before the Board upon a January 28, 1985
    permit appeal petition and motion for stay. The Board has today
    authorized hearing on the petition, and notes that Section 16 of
    the Administrative Procedure Act allows an automatic stay.
    (Borg—Warner Corp. v. Mauzy, et al., 100 Iii. App. 3d 862; 427
    NE. 2d 415 (1981)~. Therefore, no Board action is necessary
    regarding the motion for stay.
