    Without ruling
    on the substance of the motions’

    the Board will reassign this action
    to a new hearing officer
    to
    avoid any risk of clouding
    the
    record, Complainant~scase,
    or
    Respondents’
    case in this matter.
    The Clerk
    is directed
    to
    advise
    the parties
    of the new assignment on or before June
    17,
    1985.
    In light of
    this
    direction, Respondents~connected June

    recording of pre—trial proceedings are denied
    as unnecessary.
