1984.
The proposal includes amendments

and 725.
The Agency proposal is in a form which appears
to
be suitable for publication
in the Illinois Register.
In
the interest of expediting this
matter the Board has withheld
its review pending receipt of
cornments~ The Board will
send
the Agency~sproposal to first
notice in the form proposed.
The record will remain open for written comment
for
45
days
after the date of publication in the Illinois Register.
