    captioned
    cases.
    Continental
    requested
    an
    extension
    until
    January
    4,
    1985,
    due
    to
    an injury which was
    sus-
    tained by
    one of Petitioner~sattorneys.
    Continental
    has yet to
    file
    amended petitions
    in
    any
    of these cases as of today~sdate.
    The Board will grant an extension to file amended petitions
    until
    January
    16,
    1985~
    The
    Board
    notes,
    however,
    that
    the
    statutory
    due
    date
    for
    decision
    will
    fall
    on
    January
    26,
    1985.
    Unless Continental
    files amended petitions by January 16,
    1985,
    the Board will
    have no alternative bit to dismiss these pro-
    coedings for inadequacy
    in order to avoid their grant by oper-
    ation of law~
