deficient

in

a

number

of respects,

failing

to

sufficiently

address

some

of

the information required by 35

Ill. Mm. Code 104.121, particularly as it

relates

to

environ-

mental

impact and alternate methods of compliance.

The Board

suggests that deficiencies may be cured by incorporating and,

as

needed,

updating the record in PCB 82-147.

If

an

amended

petition curing these defects is not filed

within

45

days of the

date of this Order,

this petition will

be

subject

to

dismissal.
