ORDER OF THE BOARD (by N. J. Melas):
On April 12, 1999, respondent Bi-Petro filed a “Motion for Extension of Time” to
answer or otherwise plead to complainant’s February 5, 1999 complaint.
The Board has extended Bi-Petro’s deadline to answer the complaint once before in this
matter. The current extended deadline is April 22, 1999.
Complainant has not objected to Bi-Petro’s most recent motion for an extension. Bi-
Petro states that there are ongoing discussions to resolve this matter. The Board finds that the
new deadline for filing a response will not prejudice complainant. The Board grants Bi-Petro’s
motion and orders that the deadline for filing a response be extended to June 22, 1999, before
    4:30 p.m.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 15th day of April 1999 by a vote of 7-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
