    its petition within 45 days
    to cure certain deficiencies.
    No
    amended petition has been filed,
    On March
29, 1985 the Village requested additional time to
comply with the December order, stating that

an amendment pending a compliance conference and
    discussions with the Agency.
    The Board
    notes that to
    be procedurally correct,
    the Village
    should have filed
    for

    45 day
    period.
    The Board will,
however, allow the Village until June
    1,
1985 to file an amended petition, but
    if
    an amended petition
    is
not filed by that date, this petition will be dismissed,
    Finally,
    the Board notes
    that pursuant
    to
    35 Ill.
