    This matter comes before the Board upon a May 16, 1985,
    motion to file an amended variance petition by June 3, 1985 on
    behalf of the Village of Wataga, The motion to file an amended
    petition is granted. The Board notes, however, that the filing
    of an amended petition begins the running of the 90—day time
    period for decision on the variance anew.
