    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):
    On May 22, 1985, Midwest Rubber Reclaiming Company moved to
    dismiss this appeal of special conditions of an air operating
    permit. The motion recites that the Agency has no objection to
    the dismissal, and that a modified permit has been issued, to
    take effect upon dismissal of the appeal. The motion is hereby
    granted, and this action is dismissed.
