    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    On June 5, 1997, the Board consolidated five similar underground storage tank refund
    appeal cases brought by petitioner (PCB 97-162, 97-163, 97-164, 97-165 and 97-166). On its
    own motion, the Board hereby consolidates petition PCB 97-204 with the five previously
    consolidated cases. Like those cases, PCB 97-204 has a decision deadline of July 16, 1999. Also,
    the facts and issues of this case are substantially similar to the previously consolidated cases.
    Today’s caption reflects the latest consolidation.
