    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J~Anderson):
    This
    matter comes before
the Board upon a February 26,
    1985
    appeal by the
Village of Bloomingdale of an NPDES Permit No,
    1L0021130
condition requiring ~that effluent ammonia nitrogen
    limitations
    be met no later
than July 1, l988~ Since the date
of permit issuance does not appear
    in the petition,
    the Board
    cannot determine
    if this filing
    is timely pursuant
    to
    35
    Ill.
    Adm. Code 105.102(b)(4).
    Further, pursuant
    to
    35
    Iii,
    Adm. Code
    105..02(b)(7),
    the
Board on its own motion requests
    the Village
    to specify the
    errors upon which
    it relies,
    More specifically,
    the Board needs
to know whether the ammonia nitrogen limitation
    itself
    is being contested
    (and,
    if
    so, what
    that limitation
    is)
or whether the date for compliance
    is contested,
    or both,
    Finally,
    if
    the date
is contested the Board needs to know more
    specifically
    the basis
    for contesting that
    date.,
Unless this further specification is filed within
    21 days of
    the date of
    this Order satisfying
    these concerns, the petition
    will be subject
    to
    dismissal,,
