This matter comes before the Board upon a motion for

extension of time filed February 22, 1985 on behalf of the

Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) requesting “an

additional forty—five days for the filing of the recommend—

ation, The Board is uncertain when the Agency intends this

additional forty—five days to commence. However, since the stat-

utory decision date is April 16, 1985, the Board will only grant

an extension through March 21. 1985,
