On
July
19,

the
Board, noting no
activity
in
this
case
since March 30, 1983, ordered that hearing be schedi4led within 30
days and held within 60 or be subject to dismissal.
The hearing
officer scheduled hearing for September 11, 1984, however,
counsel for Eereley cancelled.
Bereley did not reschedule a
hearing in ccep tance with the Board’s order or move to continue
the Board’s hea
..ng schedule.
On October 15, 1984, Eereley filed
an ‘amended pet
ion for variance’ in this permit appeal
proceeding.

The Board’s Order of August 22,
