INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Anderson):

On March 27, 1985 the parties filed a Third Revised

Stipulation and Proposal For Settlement in response to concerns

expressed in the Board~sOrder of February 20. There appears to

be a significant typographical omission in the factual

stipulation in paragraph 13 concerning three overflow points

apparently on a sewer line tributary to the Galva northeast

plant. The parties are directed to file a corrected paragraph

13. In so ordering, the Board expresses no opinion concerning

the acceptability of the stipulation, preferring to wait until

receipt of the complete document.
